Mild Tea

The Turkish tea is real mild but a lot of people tend to prefer it. I've included a few pictures of the stuff that I drink.

Turkish tea in Turkey is prepared in a salmovar or Turkish tea pot which consists of two parts. First the tea leaves are roasted in the top pot while the water is heating up to a boil in the lower pot. When the water boiles poor some on the roasting tea in the top pot and fill the lower pot with fresh water and bring back to the boil. Then lower the heat. The tea in the top pot is very very strong and should be a deep mahony red color. For drinking first a small amount of the strong tea from the top pot is put in the glas, then boiling water from the bottom pot is added to make it as strong as your prefer. Usually Turkish people prefer their tea very stong. Turkish tea is not supposed to be 'mild'.
